Do not lie down for at least 2 hours after your procedure. 

Do not apply heat to your face and avoid activities which cause facial flushing for 24 hours.

Do not massage the areas on the day of treatment. Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours to minimize bruising. 

Avoid facials, peels, etc.. for 24 hours. Treated muscles typically show partial reduction in function 2-3 days after treatment, but it can take around 2 weeks for the Botox to fully settle.

Do not wash your face the night after receiving your chemical peel, you may continue your daily skincare routine the morning after.

Always wear sunscreen after your peel and do not use a tanning bed or be outside for extended periods of time.

Monitor your face for any additional sensitivity. 

Avoid activities that can cause facial flushing such as tanning, exercise, alcohol consumption, and heat application. 

Acetaminophen/Tylenol may be taken if discomfort occurs. 

If swelling occurs, elevate your head overnight and do not massage dermal filler, as this can cause migration.

Avoid extremely hot or cold food and beverages. Result timelines can vary depending upon your everyday habits. Gum/tooth sensitivity may occur.
