Introducing Dr. Ryan Pickens, Medical Director for Double R Beauty Bar and Smiley Aesthetics for the state of TN.

Dr. Pickens was born and raised in Murray, Kentucky. He received his medical degree from the University of Louisville College of Medicine. He completed his internship in general surgery and urologic training at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. He then completed a two-year urologic fellowship in Endourology and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Pickens is a Board Certified Urologist.

Rachel Rector, BSN, RN is a registered nurse born and raised in Cookeville, TN. After obtaining her BSN at TTU, she began her career as an RN in pulmonary care, specializing in COVID-19 treatment and recovery. With her advanced respiratory experience, she decided to expand her professional portfolio and work as a travel nurse throughout Middle TN and Alabama. Her time working in various medical specialties (ICU, progressive care, etc.) has fueled a passion to help people achieve their health and aesthetic goals. Rachel is excited to offer her mobile aesthetic service to help you look and feel your best with top-notch products and techniques.
